At ZuluLulu LLC, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict No Exchange, No Refund policy.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund or exchange under the following condition:

  • Damage or defect directly caused by Zulu Lulu prior to delivery.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Color or texture variations due to screen display
  • Damage caused during shipping or by the customer

How to Report a Damaged Item

Please email care@zulululu.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
