At ZuluLulu LLC, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict No Exchange, No Refund policy.
Exceptions
We will only consider a refund or exchange under the following condition:
- Damage or defect directly caused by Zulu Lulu prior to delivery.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Color or texture variations due to screen display
- Damage caused during shipping or by the customer
How to Report a Damaged Item
Please email care@zulululu.ae with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
